Why high protein meals matter

As women get older, prioritising protein becomes incredibly important for:

  • Supporting lean muscle mass
  • Helping reduce cravings and overeating
  • Supporting metabolism
  • Balancing blood sugar levels
  • Supporting healthy ageing
  • Keeping you fuller for longer

Many women are unknowingly under-eating protein, especially at lunch and dinner, which can leave you feeling hungry, tired and constantly snacking.

This High Protein Caesar Salad Pizza contains approximately 40g of protein per serve, making it an incredibly satisfying and nourishing meal option.

Why this caesar salad pizza is different

Unlike traditional takeaway pizza that can leave you feeling bloated and sluggish, this version is packed with nutrient-dense whole foods.

The veggie-packed base is made from:

  • Zucchini
  • Carrot
  • Eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese

This combination creates a delicious crispy base while also adding fibre, vitamins and extra protein.

The creamy Caesar-style topping uses Greek yoghurt instead of heavy creamy dressings, helping increase protein while supporting gut health too.

It is the ultimate healthy fakeaway recipe.
