Crunchy Chilli Feta Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

2 zucchini, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup feta cheese
-
2 tbsp Mr Chen's or Marion's Kitchen chilli oil

1 avocado, sliced

1 tbsp honey (or hot honey sauce if preferred)
Method
Pound out the chicken breast with a meat tenderizer and coat with half of the mixture of paprika, garlic, onion, oregano, salt + pepper.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet over medium high heat and cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer them to a sheet pan, top with feta cheese and put in the oven for about 5-10 minutes at 200C.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet and cook the zucchini to your liking. Season with the remaining seasonings.
Once the chicken is done, top with sliced avocado and a drizzle of honey and your preferred chilli oil. Serve with the zucchini and enjoy!
