Ingredients
- 10g (2 tsp) Zing Wellbeing Gut Health Powder
- 5g (1 tsp) Zing Wellbeing Creatine Balance
- Juice of ½ lime
- 20g (1 tbsp) coconut milk
- 200ml sparkling water
- Ice
- Optional: add a serve of protein powder for an extra protein boost
Method
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the Gut Health Powder and Creatine Balance.
- Squeeze in the lime juice.
- Stir through the coconut milk.
- Top with sparkling water and mix well.
- Add protein powder if desired and enjoy.
