Chicken Fajitas Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 cups mixed capsicum, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning (paprika, cumin, garlic powder)

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

METHOD

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chicken breast and cook until browned.

Add sliced capsicum, onion, and fajita seasoning, cook until vegetables are tender.

Serve the mixture in whole wheat tortillas.
