Meal prepping is an absolute must for me - Having a healthy meal or snack I can grab without thinking about it or cooking is a life saver!

I used a few staples in the pantry and fridge, and spent an additional $115 to make 60 serves of meals and snacks, that’s less than $2 a serve!

I had a sneaky taste of the strawberry oatmeal bars and OMG YUM!!! These are going to be perfect to eat one handed on the go, no excuses for skipping a meal!

The Red Thai cauli and tatie curry is so flavoursome and simple!! The whole family will enjoy this one, I’ll pair theirs with rice or roti breads.

I hadn’t tried edamame beans before, but these were so easy, budget friendly and delicious! I’ll definitely be making these on repeat.

This prep took me about 3 hours to cook, clean and pack away. For me, it’s so worth the block of time to have a week’s worth of grab-and-go meals, but you don’t have to prep in bulk like this!
