10 healthy breakfasts good for your gut and blasting tummy fat


Overnight oats

Overnight oats are jam packed of beta-carotene, a precursor for Vitamin A which is important for eye health.

While chia seeds offer omega-3 fatty acids and magnesium to support stress regulation and reducing inflammation.

The walnuts, rolled oats and chia seeds offer a combination of soluble and insoluble fibre important for digestion and feeding the gut microbiome.

Purple eggs with sourdough

Kimchi and Kale scramble

INGREDIENTS
• 4 slices bacon
• 4 eggs
• 1 avocado
• ½ cup sauerkraut

METHOD

  1. In a pan, slowly cook the bacon over medium-low heat until done. Transfer to a plate and reserve fat for cooking eggs.
  2. Crack eggs into the pan and cook to desired doneness. While eggs are cooking, slice avocado and arrange on plate with bacon.
  3. Transfer cooked eggs to plate and add sauerkraut
