How Michelle ditched the stress and lost 10kg in just 4 weeks

We are SO PROUD of Michelle for putting herself first and truly focusing on her overall health and wellbeing. 

You can honestly see her glowing from the inside out from the changes, and she also thanks Zing Wellbeing for giving her the tools to improve her life. 

Michelle says, "I’m just over here having a proud cry! 
For a little while, stress and some choices had me fit, but gaining weight.
Losing 200 gms here and there but it was getting to me mentally.

I hit nearly 100 kgs just 4 short weeks ago. ( I don’t talk about it to many, but thank you to those that supported me)


This morning I did a sneaky weigh in because I’ve been making the changes that I have…

I cried
Got off the scales
Got back on
Did a happy dance
Got off the scales
Did another happy dance
Got back on the scales because I was in sheer disbelief.

Took this photo and then quietly congratulated myself and the Zing Wellbeing program.

I’ve been trusting the process and I’m beyond glad that I have been. Gosh golly this is incredible motivation.

I’ll just do the math…..

How Michelle ditched the stress and lost 10kg


Michelle says, a lot of the weight was stress related and excess sugar.

I’ve increased cardio and been consistent with exercise not just movement.

I’ve really focused on portion control and not skipping meals. Not enough food is just as bad as too much.

Increased water and dropped hidden sugars a lot more (my morning coffee satchels have been replaced.)

I’ve removed people and things that were causing me stress and emotional disharmony and that’s been a big thing. 


Before scale (4 weeks ago) shows 99.5kgs 
 
I’m proud as everything!

But even prouder that I not only recognised the problems that caused my weight gain, but I also did something about it.

It’s been a lot of hard work and I am not dismissive when I say I only did some small changes. It’s happened to be the right changes at the right time.

My head game is strong.
My commitment is true.
My motivation is unwavering.
My inspiration is you beautiful ladies.
My lifestyle is 100 percent ZING Wellbeing!
