My life is chaotic, I'm 37, I have 4 children with appointments, a variety of school drop off, work & looking after the house & myself...

Mindset is everything...

Flashback to the beginning... 

My first two pics below are just 14 months apart, as most of you know, then into 2024 life turned to s#%t & I had to find myself again..

Here I am & almost 5 months with Zing Wellbeing & 10kgs down since November 2024 when I decided enough was enough...

So just remember if the people around you bring you down & life is getting in the way remove the problem or try & solve what's going on to be the best version of yourself.

Zing Wellbeing has done wonders for me a supportive community, setting goals, mindset, learning more about food on the daily but most of all I am feeling more like my bubbly self.

Breakfast is Oats most of the time & my favourite recipes are Peanut butter egg white oats, Protein packed Peanut butter & banana porridge, Apple Cinnamon & Oatmeal, the Banana pancakes done as a bowl & high protein waffles.

I am a creature of habit so generally just eat the same food as it's easier.

I add the wellness smoothie to all of these recipes to set myself up for success with the nutrients & protein to start my day.

Firstly, it has helped me find my feet after being so lost & finding myself trapped in a dark place. I have been a member from the beginning & the biggest game changer is the app release.

I have loved every minute of the mindset challenges, having access to a nutritionist live to learn, the workout challenges have been fun to learn and target specific groups but most of all for me Zing Wellbeing covers all pillars of health & that ticks the boxes for me.

My waistline is shrinking I am stronger healthier fitter & wiser..
