Bernie is on the way to being the best version of herself

Bernie has been a proud member of Zing Wellbeing since it started. She recently  participated in the 8-week health challenge and is feeling so much stronger and healthier. 

"Today I am reflecting back to when I first started the Zing Wellbeing program.

I have been a member and have improved my physical health I absolutely love the challenges.

 
I have tried so many yummy meals and ingredients I never heard of. I enjoy learning more about nutrition and how to live a sustainable lifestyle. My mental health has improved and I enjoy moving my body and practicing mindfulness. 

I have lost 1 dress size, 7.6 kilos and gained lean muscle mass since I originally joined."


I have been using the Zing wellbeing meal plans and loved the turkey and brown rice bowl, egg salad wrap, blueberry cheesecake overnight weetbix, vegetable curry and wellness smoothie. Search for them all on the App.

I started to use the new gut formula and have noticed a reduction in my bloating.

I absolutely love the chocolate protein powder and use it daily for morning tea.

For my physical health, over the last 8 weeks I have completed workouts from the app that only take 15 minutes such as the leg and glutes, upper body, and HITT.

For my mental health I use the morning meditation and body scan to bring my mind back to the present.

I am still working towards a full unassisted chin up and have progressed so much over the last 8 weeks.

I have gained lean muscle mass, and my clothes are fitting better. I currently only weigh in around once a month.

I am not looking for weight-loss currently but feeling mentally and physically strong. 

For me this journey is about being the best version of myself and having my daughter join in is a huge bonus.

Since embracing the Zing Wellbeing lifestyle I have changed my whole over look on life. 

I’m loving the changes within myself. 

I’m so much more positive and less stressed and take things less personally.

I’m a better parent and a better woman.

I’ve lost weight, I’m healthier, I focus more on what’s important to me and my family.

I have overcome depression, have more control of my anxiety and haven't succumbed to a self pity crash for a while.

I have set boundaries that benefit us and I stick to them.

I try new foods and consciously make healthier choices.

My energy levels are amazing and I have a better sleep pattern. I don’t sleep a lot but it’s definitely more rested.

I have even had the courage to join a team sport for the first time in 35 + years and I am loving it.

I seriously have a glow/shine/sparkle whatever you want to call it, that only happens with true honest real happiness.

I’m happy with me. Life is good!
