Bernie is on the way to being the best version of herself
Bernie has been a proud member of Zing Wellbeing since it started. She recently participated in the 8-week health challenge and is feeling so much stronger and healthier.

I have been a member and have improved my physical health I absolutely love the challenges.

I have lost 1 dress size, 7.6 kilos and gained lean muscle mass since I originally joined."

I have been using the Zing wellbeing meal plans and loved the turkey and brown rice bowl, egg salad wrap, blueberry cheesecake overnight weetbix, vegetable curry and wellness smoothie. Search for them all on the App.
I started to use the new gut formula and have noticed a reduction in my bloating.

For my physical health, over the last 8 weeks I have completed workouts from the app that only take 15 minutes such as the leg and glutes, upper body, and HITT.

For my mental health I use the morning meditation and body scan to bring my mind back to the present.

I am still working towards a full unassisted chin up and have progressed so much over the last 8 weeks.
I have gained lean muscle mass, and my clothes are fitting better. I currently only weigh in around once a month.
I am not looking for weight-loss currently but feeling mentally and physically strong.
For me this journey is about being the best version of myself and having my daughter join in is a huge bonus.
