Sally’s 6-Week Challenge success: Menopause, progress, and confidence with Zing Wellbeing
When it comes to health and fitness, especially during menopause, progress can sometimes feel slow and steady. But as Sally proves, with persistence and the right approach, incredible results are possible.
After completing the Zing Wellbeing 6-week challenge, Sally has experienced not only physical transformations but also a boost in confidence, energy, and belief in herself.
Sally has already seen amazing results on Zing Wellbeing but wanted to challenge herself further with the 6 week challenge
Let’s take a closer look at Sally’s journey and the small wins that led to her big success.
Sally’s Goals: One Step at a Time
Sally’s approach to health has always been about consistency, and her results reflect this mindset. She focuses on making sustainable changes, rather than expecting perfection. With the help of Zing Wellbeing, she’s been able to achieve her goals and continue pushing herself toward new ones.
Sally shares, “Slow and steady has always been my game. Menopause adds its own twists and turns, but with Zing, I’m piecing the puzzle together... one choice, one habit, one win at a time.”
Achieving Fitness Goals with Zing Wellbeing
One of Sally’s primary goals was to run a 5km in under 31 minutes—a goal she smashed a few weeks into the challenge. Now, she’s chasing the dream of running it in under 30 minutes. Her determination is a powerful reminder that with the right support, we can push ourselves further than we ever thought possible.
Sally says, “My goals were to: Run 5km under 31 minutes – smashed it a few weeks ago, now chasing that sub-30 dream!”
This goal was made even more attainable thanks to the fitness guidance and resources from Zing Wellbeing.
Nutrition and Snacking: Striking the Right Balance
Another of Sally’s goals was to eat more protein and reduce snacking. While she nailed the protein intake, she admits that Zing Wellbeing snacks are too tasty to resist! It’s a common challenge for many—finding the balance between staying on track and enjoying the healthy foods you love.
Sally shares, “Eat enough protein (snack less) – nailed the protein… but when Zing snacks are this tasty, it’s hard to resist 🤭”
This moment of honesty reminds us that progress isn’t always about being perfect—it’s about finding a balance that works for you and celebrating the wins along the way.
Hydration: The Simple Yet Powerful Habit
One of Sally’s other goals was to drink 3 liters of water a day. While she admits this has her running to the bathroom more often, the benefits of staying hydrated are clear—more energy, better skin, and improved digestion.
She says, “Drink 3 litres of water daily – and pee lots (but worth it).”
Hydration is one of the simplest habits that can make a significant impact on overall health, and Sally’s commitment to this goal shows how small changes lead to big results.
Confidence Boost: Fitting Into Old Clothes with Pride
Perhaps one of the most rewarding results of Sally’s journey is her newfound confidence in her body. Not only has she seen physical changes like losing centimeters off her bust, waist, and hips, but she’s also regained confidence in wearing her old favourite pants again.
She shares, “Rock my old favourite pants with confidence – mission accomplished… space to spare at the top and no more awkward cameltoe moments 🤣”
Sally’s story highlights how health and fitness are not just about numbers—they’re about feeling good in your body and confident in your skin.
The Numbers: Small Yet Powerful Changes
While the numbers may seem small—5cm lost from the bust, 2cm from the waist, and 5cm from the hips—Sally’s physical transformation is just one part of her success. The true win lies in the energy, confidence, and self-belief she has gained through her persistence.
Sally says, “The numbers? -5cm bust, -2cm waist, -5cm hips. But honestly, the real win isn’t the measurements, it’s the confidence, energy, and belief that I’m capable of so much more.”
The Real Win: Persistence and Progress Over Perfection
Sally’s message to anyone on a health journey is clear: “It’s not about perfect weeks (I've had a doozy over the last few weeks), it’s about persistence, progress, and finding what works for YOU. And Zing Wellbeing works for me.”
Sally’s journey is a reminder that health is not about perfection but about showing up, taking consistent steps, and trusting the process. Even when things don’t go perfectly, progress still happens.
Keep Going, You’re Capable of Amazing Things
Sally’s success story is proof that we are all capable of amazing things when we commit to the journey, no matter how small the steps may seem. With persistence, patience, and the right support, progress is inevitable. As Sally encourages: “We are all capable of amazing things, never forget that!!!”
So, no matter where you are in your health journey, remember that consistency and progress matter more than perfection. Keep showing up, keep trusting the process, and most importantly, keep believing in yourself.
