My 6 Week Health Transformation goals are:

  • Get stronger
  • Build more lean muscle
  • Keep having 90g of protein per day
  • Practice good sleep hygiene
  • Have time allocated each day to relax and de-stress
  • Practice gratitude every day

6 week health transformation begins 6 Jan and We Can Do It.

As a mum of 4 who’s in her 60’s and been struggling with my mental health for what feels like forever. This is my time to shine.

I know exercise is the best medicine for me , so I’m committing to 3days at the gym and 4 days of home workout and will increase gym time over the 6 weeks

My goals are;
1. Be consistent
2. limit alcohol
3. Try new recipes and ingredients
4. Show up on the group daily
5. Journal daily
6. gratitude and meditation daily
7. Be present in my life and love myself more

2) Pledge - Set your Pledge here

3) Don't compare yourself to others. Use everyone in our community as support and inspiration - but everyone is at a different stage on their journey so don't compare or feel bad because someone is at a different stage to you

4) You are with thousands and thousands of LIKE MINDED women. All trying to overcome hurdles and juggle life and being healthy. Whatever obstacles come your way then come and chat here about them - as your problems are not unique and there are HEAPS of women in the EXACT same position of you and TOGETHER we can all lift each other up and support each other

5) Believe in yourself. You CAN do this. All the hard work is done for you - you just need to follow the steps.

6) If you have a bad day DON'T GIVE UP. We all have bad days - just don't let a bad day turn into a bad week. Ask for help

7) Focus on healthy eating, a healthy mindset and healthy exercise and the health results will follow.
