Summer shared her masssive meal prep over the weekend and it was very inspiring.
She worked together with her hubby in the kitchen and prepped 10-12 different recipes, totalling 75 meals to feed the family over the next two weeks.
Summer says, "Today has been a MASSIVE day of meal prep!!! Roughly six hours with hubby and I (first hour with kids haha). Some
Zing Wellbeing meals and some of my
hubby's fave dishes as well."
We’ve made 75 meals (around 6 serves per recipe):
Chicken fajitas
Teriyaki chicken
Egg slice
Pesto chicken
Chicken green curry
Spicy cantonese stir fry
Mexican lasagna
Moroccan Cajun chicken with pasta
Lots of veg to go with it, and we made lamb shanks for tonight’s dinner and lastly, we have a big Mexican shredded beef that’s about to be turned into burritos, burrito bowl and nachos.
Such a massive day, but I’m so thankful we’ve done it, and hubby was an absolute champ.
He wants me to be healthy and to have it ready to go, so there is no need to reach for anything that isn’t good for me.
We are going to be doing this fortnightly together now.
We spent about $300-$400 all up making 75 meals for 2 weeks worth of lunches and dinner for us all (family of 5).
Summer shares her best meal prep advice

Plan! You need to know what you want to make.
Double it. Double the recipe so you can keep costs down and still get a lot of meals out of one cooking session.
Lastly, have a go at something new.
I looked on the
