
How I FINALLY got rid of my restless legs - see my full grounding sheet review
So I recently splashed out and bought some grounding sheets.
What are grounding sheets I hear you ask?!
Grounding sheets, also called earthing sheets, are bedsheets designed to connect you to the Earth's natural electrical energy while you sleep, potentially promoting health benefits by balancing your body's electrical charge.
Before I started Zing Wellbeing I didn’t even know what “grounding” was and probably would have thought it was silly if someone told me to do it.
But I have leant sooooo much from our coaches and Rae Willingham and Rebecca Collins have spoken so much about grounding and now I am a full believer!
And the other day something popped up about these grounding sheets that you sleep on and I thought “hell yes” and they just arrived.

Now I should also add one of the main reasons I was keen to use them other than it all sounding so good about inflammation reduction
Why I wanted to try the grounding sheets.
Since I started perimenopause early (42) I have had NON STOP leg cramps and restless legs EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT.
It has been the bain of my life for soooo long (years!).
I have gone on HRT
I significantly increased magnesium
I have increased iron
I have a nightly epsom salts bath
I have never ending tubes of voltaren gel next to the bed for when the cramps and twitches get bad and then I put the gel on and it stops them for around 15-20 minutes which is usually enough time to get to sleep!
I also have a massage gun which I use on my legs in the middle of the night when they are going bananas.
The bottom line is that I wake up 2-3 times a night with it and has been driving me mad for years.
So one of the reviews I saw with the grounding sheets was someone saying it had helped their restless legs and that was enough for me to be SOLD and I bought them straight away.
Result after one night
So I put the sheet on. I put it over my normal sheet and slept directly on the sheet wearing no much clothes so I was lying directly on the sheet with no clothes interfering.
I turned the lights off and went to bed at 10pm.
And wait for it..........
The next time I woke up was at 5.45am when my alarm went off.
I literally was and still am IN SHOCK.
I just can't believe it.
That is the first night in YEARS that I have not woken up continuously with restless legs!
I had no epsom salt bath, I didn't have to use the voltaren gel and I didn't need to use my massage gun.
This has literally been the best purchase I have ever made and I am blown away at what the grounding sheet did.
I feel so much more energised today and I don't want to get too carried away but this is LIFE CHANGING!!
I also didn't want to write this review after just one night so I have done another night before writing this to make sure it wasn't a fluke and it was the SAME - I slept through and I am just AMAZED and so happy - like SO HAPPY.
