Rhian shares one of her BIGGEST health advice tips and we totally agree!
It's time to ditch the scales ladies and focus on your HEALTH not the number in front of you. 

Rhian says, "My biggest piece of advice to anyone is DON'T be a slave to the scales."

Instead, shift your mindset to getting your body and mind healthy. It has been a process for me to get to where I am now - which is physically and mentally feeling strong.
I have shifted my focus;
👉To holistic health
👉Increasing protein
👉Weight bearing exercise
👉Seeing food as medicine
👉Not calorie counting
👉Reducing stress

And I have never felt better!

Quit worrying about calories! 


Health, energy, strength and longevity are my number 1 goals and I have become so conscious of what I put in my body and how I live which is in stark contrast to years gone by when it was all about calories.

And ironically when I stopped counting calories and started really focusing on holistic health which for me included stress reduction, sleep focus, increasing protein, lifting weights, gut health, reducing starchy carbs and changing my entire mindset I am now lighter and HAPPIER than I have been in years!

Rhian's exercise tips

I used to overthink exercise—Should I do cardio? Weights? Do I have time? Do I feel like it? And honestly, that made it so much harder to stay consistent.

But now? I see movement as a non-negotiable, just like brushing my teeth. I don’t debate it, I don’t wait for motivation—I just do it.

Today, I did 20 minutes of weights and core, nothing fancy, but I feel SO much better for it—mentally and physically. It’s not about punishment, burning calories, or chasing a certain look. It’s about staying strong, feeling good, and showing up for myself.

If you struggle with consistency, try this:
✔ Stop overcomplicating it—just move for 15-20 mins.
✔ Focus on how it makes you feel, not just results.
✔ Make it part of your daily routine, no questions asked.

The less you overthink it, the easier it becomes. Do it for your body, do it for your mind, do it for YOU.
