Joann shares "My blood pressure and heart palpitations have returned to normal!"

Joann Johns shares she is 50+ and in menopause, she joined Zing Wellbeing in July 2024 after her doctor advised her that she had high blood pressure.  

"I also had heart palpitations. I wanted to try and get these under control without medication, so I decided to change my lifestyle."

"My blood pressure has gone from medium/high hypertension to normal/optimal readings, and my heart palpitations are near non existent.

"I have more energy, I can get through my shift at work now without struggling, and my coworkers have told me that I no  longer look tired and drawn-out.
