Liz's fatigue from low iron levels is improving thanks to Zing Wellbeing

Liz Swan, is 45 years old from Sunbury Victoria. She is a busy full time financial crime manager at a super fund, and mum to her 9 year old son and also currently studying graduate certificate in anti-money laundering.

Although I was already eating healthily and exercising regularly, I've recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure (genetic predisposition), and have ongoing issues with unexplained iron deficiencies, so I need to ensure I keep a healthy lifestyle and I want to be a great role model for my son, while still having fun of course!

I'm definitely not feeling the symptoms of fatigue I was getting before starting with Zing Wellbeing.

From Zing Wellbeing I'm already learning so much from the coaches, I'm loving the variety of recipes that are yummy and nutritious, and I just love the supportive vibe of this community!

I choose a variety from menopause, budget, health challenge and now the high protein, as well as recipes from blogs on the members only area - I like to try a few new recipes per week and then mix up with my favourites.

I am feeling so much more energy and I'm starting to keep up with the 'fit' people in my fitness group. I don't like just sitting around for too long, wanting to get in nature.

My whole outlook on life has changed, positive affirmations, doing audits on my time, prioritising sleep, etc.

My whole body has shrunk but especially my problem belly area is a lot flatter - see attached dress pic before, vs pink pjs pic from last week.

I have watched behaviour coach, Rae's, coaching sessions and the life admin and tapping are standouts from those.
Rebecca Collin's strengths and values - I've done strength analysis before but now I'm incorporating it in everyday life.

Also the pelvic floor coaching from women's physio, Anna, has me increasing exercises in that area.

I have more energy, I've lost kilos and belly has shrunk, mentally I'm looking at food more how it helps me be healthy.
I'm making decisions based on my values and strengths more, I have a more positive mindset and reflect on little moments of joy/gratitude, taking time out for myself, just happier overall really!


I cannot recommend this program more, it's something I've been looking for since 2020 but everything else was mainly about weight loss. So glad to be here in such a supportive community.
