Katie shares "When you are on a journey of self-growth having to filter 'certain parts' of the journey is not beneficial"

I'm Katie, I'm a mum of a wonderful neuro spicy son (11) and last year I was also diagnosed myself with ADHD. I have tried lots of different health programs and I thought I had found one that would stick, I really was enjoying it for a while but then the vibe was all wrong.

I fumbled around on my own for a while and was feeling a little lost.

Unrealistic expectations and pressure to live up to a certain 'fit' just puts a damper on the whole thing and would most likely make you stop before you even really had the chance to start!"

I have a few more wrinkles in my after photo above, but I am overall a whole LOT healthier and happier, and it is reflecting in my change of face shape, but that is just the start of all the things that have changed.
Clothes are fitting better ✔️

I'm feeling more comfortable wearing certain clothes/stepping outside of my comfort zone and trying new items of clothing ✔️
Skin is looking and feeling better ✔️
Less bloated ✔️
More energy ✔️
But by far the best is the contentment I feel with knowing I can be myself here 😌 that makes for the happiest and healthiest version of myself, because I can be 100% true to myself.

My goals for April 


☆ Step outside my comfort zone, I've written a little bit of a bucket list so to speak, and I want to tick 5 things off it during April

☆ Try 10 new recipes I haven't tried before (and with so many excellent Zing Wellbeing recipes this will be a piece of cake )

☆ Try 5 New workouts (Zing Wellbeing app of course)

☆ Really focus on strength training 

I am excited to be here, I feel like I have that spark back that I'd lost where I was previously, and I cannot wait to smash out my goals along side of all you wonderful women ❤️

I'm an open book, what you see is what you get, as honest and forward as they come, you ask, I'll answer.

I believe we as women, need to be here for other women, supportive, encouraging, clapping at each others wins and success and being here to pick each other up when we might fall or slip
