How this mum changed her Fatty Liver results in just 6 Months

Mum shares how she managed to change her fatty liver results in just 6 Months.

Here is how I transformed my liver from fatty to healthy, whilst losing 15.5kg in 6 months.

In total, I have lost 50kg, and 15.5kg of that was from using the Zing Wellbeing program.

January 2025, I started my first challenges on Zing Wellbeing, and I have followed every meal plan & customised it to ensure I was reaching my protein goals to assist my weight loss journey.

During the 6 months I have lost 15.5kg, now a former diabetic, cured my fatty liver, iron levels are perfect, cholesterol levels are perfect, all my blood work is perfect, all because of the healthy foods I have been nourishing my body.

I am simply eating the Zing Wellbeing recipes and follow the challenges to the tee as I'm able to customise my meal plans to work around myself.

THINGS I HAVE DONE to improve my fatty liver


➡️Daily Exercise: Walking, gym or work out videos on the Zing Wellbeing app
➡️Managed my weight and gradually lost weight to improve my health
➡️Recipes to nourish my body from the Zing Wellbeing challenges from the program
➡️Having a high-based protein diet to support my weight loss, which has supported my liver
➡️ I have used the wellness smoothies & protein powders by Zing Wellbeing.
➡️Portioned control my meals and followed the serving recommendations on the zing recipes
➡️Drinking Plenty of water 💧 and keeping hydrated, I avoid coffee, Soft drinks & alcohol
➡️Getting plenty of sleep
➡️If I feel like a treat, I stick to my serves, if I crave a soft drink on odd occasion, I normally enjoy a no sugar coke , & I still allow myself to enjoy a treat for the odd special birthday occassions.
➡️Followed my GPs advice & checked in quarterly for my blood work in the first 3 months of using Zing Wellbeing my fatty liver improved by 10% in 6 months my liver levels were completely normal.

FOODS I AVOID


➡️Takeaways such as KFC, McDonald's, takeaway shop fish and chips and high-fat fried foods.
➡️FULL cream dairy foods & I swapped from full cream based dairy and now have skim/ light fat dairy based products
➡️Junk food and unhealthy processed snacks
➡️Refined Carbohydrate foods such as White bread, Pasties, Sugary cereals, soft drinks etc.
➡️Salty-based foods like hot chips & Salty snacks.
➡️Alcohol, I don't drink except on odd special occasions, and then it may be one celebration drink using a no-sugar-based soft drink with vodka.
➡️I avoid high-fat meat and processed meat and use ONLY lean-cut based meats.
