Zing Wellbeing Edition Dec 2024 - July 2025

The Girl on the left in the photo above, was LOST - her world that I knew was crushed & I felt worthless, so I made choices that got me to a point that I didn't like.. I was drinking to make myself happy.

I was still showing up for myself, but my work, my life, my sleep, my nutrition all went off track because I wasn't happy.

I decided I needed to do something, I needed accountability, I needed support & I knew Rhian could give that too me so I decided although I had been a member of Zing Wellbeing for 6 months that I would commit & give it everything I have & it honestly hasn't even been hard, the food is delicious, the support is incredible, the app was the biggest Game Changer that has helped me even get my family to eat the meals & if you know my kids thats a miracle.


So Zing Wellbeing has helped me find a love for wholefoods to fuel my body and try combos i never imagined would be nice..

It has helped me set SMART goals to get to what I want to achieve, making it work.
The challenges have helped me improve my recovery eg: setting goals for yoga, pilates from the app, sauna and now stretches..

I have lost 8kgs and loads of cm, which was never my goal, but now I feel so confident in my body..

I no longer day drink, my mental health is in a better place, I'm enjoying my work & it is ticking all the boxes for energy being present as a parent, stronger, healthier, fitter, my skin is feeling smoother, I look after myself & I am so dam PROUD..

2024 vs 2025

In 2023- 2024 after my hip injury I had a bit of a mental relapse due to something that I can't express but I gave up on myself, I started day drinking and eating out thinking I was still OK but in denial until I realised I was out of control..

I did a 4 week challenge at my gym in nov-dec 2024 & really took hold of my life again, listening to Melissa Timmer advice tips & then into Jan gave zing wellbeing 100% & have never looked back...

Health for me is more than just the weight I carry, but my health is my mindset, my fitness, my whole life & what makes it eg: work, stress & more...

I don't always count calories, my main focus is on my protein and making sure I'm pairing it correctly so I feel full & my body still functions..

For me this has blown my mind, not only has it changed my weight, my waistline, my strength, and my energy, but I am happier and enjoying life so much more with balance I am an 80/20 girl as I feel this works before for me.
