Zing Wellbeing program just a few weeks ago and having the incredible opportunity to be part of the Zing Support Squad, I’ve already noticed some positive shifts, not just physically, but mentally too.
One of the biggest changes I would have to say is my mindset—I'm not just chasing weight loss, I’m building a lifestyle.
Having the tools like the

I’ve been able to plan my meals in advance, stay mindful of my macros, and actually enjoy the process thanks to the hundreds of recipes that keep me inspired and excited for meal time.

Meal Prep = Less stress and more success!!
I have learned on my journey how important food is for my weight loss, muscle gain and overall health.
Being prepared with a healthy pre prepped meal or even as little as the veggies cut and meal plan organised can make the biggest difference- including mentally and take away some of that stress.
Work lunches -
- salads just needing a protein like Tuna
- quiche portioned and into the freezer
- brown rice, veg and 1 has a protein from last night and the other will have Tuna or leftovers from tonight and straight into freezer.
Dinner -
- dinner tonight which is the Zing Wellbeing Fajitas with brown rice (cooked a batch to use for multiple dishes)
- I seasoned a second batch of chicken and fajita spice and placed in freezer bag
- pre prepared veggies
Support of like minded women
And the
support—wow. Knowing there are thousands of like-minded women in the community makes such a difference. It’s so motivating to see everyone lifting each other up and celebrating wins together. (

While I had already lost 20kg before joining Zing Wellbeing, which was through one of Rhian’s earlier programs, joining the
Zing Wellbeing program has taken things to the next level for me personally. It’s helping me maintain my results while building healthier, more sustainable habits with a strong focus on overall health and wellbeing.
Unlike before, when I was solely focused on weight loss, Zing Wellbeing has shifted my mindset.
I now feel more empowered, motivated, and determined—not just to lose weight, but to truly feel better from the inside out.
If I had to sum it up: Zing Wellbeing has helped me feel more supported, and more excited about looking after my health.
