How to Meal Prep Your Gut Health Shot
Ingredients (per batch, makes ~7 shots):

1 medium pineapple, peeled & chopped

2 lemons, peeled (leave a little pith for extra fibre)
- 2 Oranges, peeled (leave a little pith for extra fibre)

5–7 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled (40g)

1/2 tsp ground turmeric or 2–3 cm piece of fresh turmeric

1–2 cups cold water (to blend)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper

Optional: 30g Zing Wellbeing Vanilla Protein Powder

OPtional 1-2 tbsp honey
Method:

Add pineapple, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and water to a high-speed blender.

Blend until completely smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag if you prefer a smoother texture.

Stir in the protein powder if using. Blend again briefly to combine.

Pour into mini glass shot bottles (see photo example) and seal tightly.
Storage & Freshness

Fridge: Store in the coldest part of your fridge for up to 4 days. Shake well before drinking as natural separation may occur.

Freezer: You can freeze in shot bottles for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before drinking.

Avoid leaving bottles at room temperature for more than 30 minutes to keep the enzymes and nutrients at their best.
