INGREDIENTS
• 1 banana, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup rolled oats

METHOD

  • In a bowl, mash the banana.
  • Add eggs and rolled oats, and mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour batter into the pan to form small pancakes.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
