Rediscovering the love for cooking
Since becoming a member, I’ve rediscovered my love for cooking.
I used to feel stuck in a rut, juggling meals for five people along with a busy schedule. We often found ourselves eating the same things on repeat or just throwing together whatever we could find.
But now? I feel so inspired! I’m enjoying the incredible benefits of a variety of clean, fresh foods.
Changing habits
My journey has involved a lot of learning and unlearning old habits around food, which can be exhausting, especially with all the conflicting information out there.
I love that Zing Wellbeing provides so much knowledge about the relationship between food and our overall well-being. I truly believe that when you know better, you do better—how can you not?
Fueling my body
Now that I’m fueling myself better, I have more energy to keep up with my kids and keep pursuing my passions, while juggling life’s ups and downs.
Those dreaded afternoon slumps are a thing of the past!
I love how easy the Zing Wellbeing recipes are to follow, and I’ve been exploring new ingredients that I truly enjoy. It feels amazing to break free from that food rut and consistently nourish my body with a variety of clean, fresh foods.
Not about the weight loss, but I am losing measurements
Even though I haven’t lost weight, that’s not my goal right now.
I’m feeling fabulous! I’ve probably lost some centimetres, which is a positive change.
I haven’t been tracking everything, but I can tell that my clothes fit better. Longevity is super important to me, and I really believe that what we do today shapes our future.
I’ve been getting into a flow state, focusing on things like mindfulness, movement, and good nutrition. It just feels right! I also notice that my body is less inflamed and puffy. Plus, being part of the beautiful Zing community makes it all so much easier. It’s not just about today; I’m building a vibrant future, and I’m loving the journey!
I recently started Pilates for the first time with Emily, and it’s such a lovely challenge. It feels great to push myself in a new way!
Protein powder is a WIN!

Honestly, I was surprised by how much I love it. I’ve never been a fan of smoothies; the texture, aftertaste and ingredients always put me off. Plus, I’m not really into milky drinks.
But now, I’m enjoying 4-5 smoothies a week, and I couldn’t be happier to welcome the extra protein into my routine, especially since it’s so important for us women over 40!
These smoothies are clean and delicious, and I’m thrilled I’m packing in more fruits and veggies into my day by adding them to my blends. It feels amazing to find something that truly works for me!
