Teriyaki Chicken & Slaw wraps

Serves 2

 Ingredients

  • 450g chicken thigh
  • 2 tbs teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 wholemeal wraps
  • 2 cups coleslaw salad mix

Method

  1. In a bowl combine chicken and sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a frypan and add the chicken thighs, cooking for up to 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Place chicken onto wraps and load on the slaw. Wrap them up and enjoy!
