Blueberry Smoothie

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup oat milk

Method

  1. Blend ingredients together until smooth. Consume straight away.
