Spinach & Egg Breakfast Wraps
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 3 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ½ cup baby spinach
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 wholemeal wrap (GF if preferred)
Method
- Add the mushrooms to a fry pan and cook for about 5 minutes, season well.
- Add the spinach until just wilted and move to the side of the pan.
- Crack eggs in and cook to your liking. Layer cooked ingredients into wrap and fold it all together.
