Roasted chilli and lime chickpeas

Serves 4

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas, canned, drained
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • zest of 1 lime

Method

Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chickpeas on tray with all other ingredients and toss to coat. Bake for 25 minutes or until crispy.
