Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp blueberries
Method
- In a bowl or mason jar, mix the chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid.
- Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
- This allows the chia and flaxseeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like texture. Serve with fresh berries.
