 Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp blueberries

Method

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, mix the chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
  2.  Stir well to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed in the liquid.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the fridge for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
  4. This allows the chia and flaxseeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like texture. Serve with fresh berries.
