Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Burger

Ingredients
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 4 slices of cheese
- 5 pickle slices, more or less
- 200g beef mince
- 4 slices of bacon
Method
1. Layer 1x slice of onion, pickles & a slice of cheese and form the beef around it.
Season with salt & pepper.
2. Wrap the “meat patty” with bacon slices then put in an air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes at 200C, flipping halfway.
3. Take it out, cut it in half & enjoy
